WHOOP x PGA

WHOOP, the fitness and health band, was being pigeonholed as a product just for elite athletes who have to measure every vital sign and sleep cycle in intimate detail to reach peak performance at their sport. But what about everyday people who simply want to be at their physical best for whatever life's challenges through at them? WHOOP and their partners at The PGA Tour came to us to help craft a campaign that would bridge the gap between elite athletes and everyday people, showing how the WHOOP band provides all of its users with data they can use to optimize their lives.

Together, we created a branded content series that showed how an everyday golfer could use the data he received from the WHOOP band to improve his game. In this case, with the hopes of breaking par for the first time in his life. We spent a year with golf influencer Connor Laubenstein, tracking his progress on the links and efforts to use the insights gleaned from his WHOOP band to push him over the edge. Did he do it? You'll have to watch and find out, but we can tell you he ended the year in a much healthier state than he started it – exactly the result WHOOP was hoping to demonstrate.
